After catching up on the last 35 posts or so, I have to say...this board is a fantastic resource. Thanks to all who've been making it so. Very grateful to have your thoughts and DD along on this rocket ride. I will post a map shortly which will seek to indicate where we have been and where we are going. <g>

I came up with a list to summarize the upcoming milestones. What's missing?

- Name change to Verde Potash / Symbol change to NPK
- New web site (presumably)
- Graduation from TSX from TSX-V
- Limestone drill results
- Phosphate drill results from Apatita
- Exploration drilling on five additional phosphate targets
- Potash (verdete slate) drilling to develop a 43-101 resource over the 100Km+ strike
- Upgrade of current 43-101 resource to measured and indicated
- Field test results: carrots (Sekita)
- Field test results: soybeans (Agrifirma)
- Field test results: corn (Agrifirma)
- Field test results: cotton (Agrifirma)
- Field test results: sugarcane (Embrapa)
- Field test results: eucalyptus (ArcelorMittal)
- Cambridge Process efficacy/scalability test results
- Cambridge Process scoping study
- Finalized financing terms with Minas Gerais (state govt)
- Additional exchange listings
- Potential cement company spin-off (limestone)

I would be very disappointed if they got taken out early. Personally I would like to see them become the "Potash" corp for Brazil. I do not mind holding this one long term (3-5 yrs) to reap greater rewards. I do think the other stuff (gold, etc.) will be spun off at some point in the future as potash is their only real focus.

I think they will strengthen their management team and add additional board members. At the very least, an accomplished CFO will be needed if a move to the TSX is in the cards. Of course, I'm not really sure graduating to the TSX is beneficial over the next 12 months. All tre Ted tape could slow them down somewhat, plus is daring on the company funds

when KCL moved to the big board a big pop ensued but was short lived.. I sold a huge position way above the final sale price.. but that was the 07-08 time frame.. maybe now it's different although we are looking more and more like 2008 redux in the general markets.. just looking for the right swan..

I am no expert on listing issues but a cursary look at the TSX website (fee schedule) tmx.com
doesn't indicate to me that the move from the Venture is a big deal in terms of either fees nor reporting requirements.

It would certainly add a lot of eyeballs as many institutional investors are restricted from trading Venture stocks.

No way, no how it looks like 2008. Quit reading the deadhead pundits. This market looks nothing like 2008...not one bit.
