1Coffeehound = luckidiot:

"Is June 15th the date when JB will have to give up the farce of production in New York state and move the farce of production elsewhere? In other words, is that the deadline for the successful submission of all the permit applications which, of course, will not happen?"
Message 27243429

3 processors:
"the New York Department of Environmental Conservation has received, on time, all submissions required under the Consent Order. These comprehensive submissions were constructed in line with the provisions set forth in the Consent Order. Submissions included a revised Air State Facility Permit for three processors, an Environmental Assessment, and Part 360 Solid Waste Permit binders."

Yeah, I can understand why you would want to totally ignore that $27.00 prediction. Instead of heading that direction, it's down around 75% from when you were touting it at $7. <g>

John Bordynuik has designed further enhancements to the P2O processor, including two columns supporting 4 catalyst trays. In addition, he has added significant technology to guarantee fuel quality, along with installing an inline fuel additive injecting system on both heavy and light fuel condensing systems, and has created a hot-tap residue removal process. Quality control includes two columns for control and specificity of fuel fractions, a cyclone (particulate removal in vapor), fuel filters (particulate removal in liquid), and a centrifuge (additional redundant particulate trap), as well as column enhancements to guarantee particulate free fuel. Fuel additives are injected inline while fuel is being produced to increase their effectiveness. The residue removal system now works while the processor is running, so the reactor does not have to be cooled down and stopped to remove residue.

You forgot to provide the NYSDEC link that shows the submissions required under the Consent Order were received. Oops.

the New York Department of Environmental Conservation has received, on time, all submissions required under the Consent Order.

My wallet was right and is right. My timing was wrong. But nothing could be more embarrassing than yourself bashing JBII not once, but TWICE, right before triple digit percent gains absolutely annihilating all of the garbage crap you've been posting about as a long when the best return about all of your stocks is the very one you were BASHING.....and not once, but TWICE now JBII has exploded right underneath your foolish nose.

Still, my favorite of your foolish statements was when you claimed JBII will never actually file the paperwork for the permits having no clue that earlier that day it was revealed that it was all filed all on time. ROFL!!!!

You must feel pretty stupid, huh?

There's a reason for that.

Man, what an ugly chart!

chart.finance.yahoo.com

And now you show total disregard for the bagholders to whom you were pumping it a year ago. How utterly shameful!

Check the chart from where you were bashing -- First a 15 bagger and now almost a 4 bagger and counting.

I'll bet you feel pretty stupid, huh?

There's a reason for that. ;)

How convenient of you to forget that the previously unsuccessfully file permit application is what caused JBI to be subject to the Consent Order. Jonny Genius better get it right this time.

Still, my favorite of your foolish statements was when you claimed JBII will never actually file the paperwork for the permits having no clue that earlier that day it was revealed that it was all filed all on time.

LOL, I "forgot" it because you either made it up or simply don't have a clue what you're talking about.

"subject" to a consent order? ROFL!!!! They got special persmission to operate without a permit and expand their business.

What I do remember clearly, however, is your insistence that they will never file the paperwork at all ever having absolutely no clue that not only they already had done so, but they did it early. ROFL!!! @ YOU!! lol

Stick to coffee -- this stock stuff is WAY out of your league.
