"unprecedented"......to invalidate a law that was duly passed by a majority Congress?
I read somewhere this morning that the SCOTUS had overturned 158 laws as unconstitutional since it's inception. I tried to find the link again, but couldn't. And the media just lets him toss out these lies and never does anything about it.
Here's two other things I found in my readings that concern me...
1.) Obama Officially Lays Final Groundwork for Totalitarianism
The National Defense Resources Preparedness order gives the Executive Branch the power to control and allocate energy, production, transportation, food, and even water resources by decree under the auspices of national defense and national security. The order is not limited to wartime implementation, as one of the order’s functions includes the command and control of resources in peacetime determinations.

2.) Department Of Homeland Security Is Buying 450 Million New Bullets
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office is getting an "indefinite delivery" of an "indefinite quantity" of .40 caliber ammunition from defense contractor ATK.
We've also learned that the Department has an open bid for a stockpile of rifle ammo. Listed on the federal business opportunities network, they're looking for up to 175 million rounds of .223 caliber ammo to be exact. The .223 is almost exactly the same round used by NATO forces, the 5.56 x 45mm.
Looks like the Department of Homeland Security means business.
