UConn women playing Stanford in the semis on ESPN. Stanford has won their prior tournament games by an average of 25.5 points while UConn has won by 27.5 points and is undefeated for the season. UConn is up 13 at the half but so was Oklahoma over Louisville and they lost after missing a potential buzzer beater three.

Uconn wins by 19, after being up 30. Two Big East teams on the ladies side of the bracket. Interestingly, UConn has beaten Louisville by an average of 33.5 points the two times they have played this year. If UConn wins, it will be their third undefeated season. It will also mean Geno Auriemma will be 6-0 in title games. A must watch!

He claimed ignorance, but it's hard to imagine he didn't know. Now there's a gag order by the NCAA.

Both governors are planning to attend the Monday night showdown in Detroit. Both have agreed to be photographed afterward wearing the winning team's jersey and dine on food from the winner's state.

If the Tar Heels lose, Perdue will trade her Carolina blue for Michigan State's green and white colors and eat Michigan sausages and cherries. If North Carolina wins, Granholm will eat Krispy Kreme doughnuts from the company headquartered in Winston-Salem.

geez, Krispy kreme ?? How about some great Carolina pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. Or would that bother the Muslims in Michigan ?

Half the nation probably tuned the game out at half time. NC clearly showed it was the best team in the nation at the end of the season-- by a long shot.
