I should've mentioned that $8.00 is significant short-term resistance. If AMD breaks through that resistance I have a 'buy on stop' order placed just above that number.

DVAX ($2.48): Watching it for a move above $2.55. If it can manage that I expect resistance at $2.75, but after that there is a lot of open space above.

DVAX update: Bought a position before it made it past $2.55 because I just "knew" it was going to run.
Woke up Friday to find that they we cancelling further trials on whatever it was they were testing. Stock openned down...very down. Waited for a bounce and exited with a 20% loss. I think I got lucky...it could have been a lot worse.
Lesson to be learned here: Wait for the stock to break out....EVERY TIME.
