> My question is, who is dumb enough to be buying all these shares?

There's ALWAYS a buyer. That's what market makers do.

There's an appropriate price for everything. Personally, I'm not running to buy more shares at this price level, but if it goes below 3, ask me again. I'm already committed to buying some more below 3 through the sale of August puts, and if the price goes down another 10%, I'd likely increase that bet through the sale of November puts. (I note that the May options all expired uneventfully.)

As to price and volume, we're entering the silly season of Russell rebalancing and ASCO. Also, the summer is traditionally slow for this company. The Street may think that the Dr. and the Mrs. go on vacation all summer, and that it's a negative. To me, that would be a positive.

Institutional ownership (IO) for the first quarter was reported last week. For our company, IO increased by 957,912 shares.

Of course, IO also decreased by 952,109. So the IO net increase for the first quarter was five thousand shares and change.

Phase I Study of Twice Weekly IMMU-130 (hMN-14-SN38 Antibody Drug Conjugate) in Patients With Colorectal Cancer (Labetuzumab-SN38).

First Received on May 22, 2012

clinicaltrials.gov

It occurred to me that there have been several small changes that have occurred in 2012 and by themselves would seem to be insignificant but in total point to progress, although under funded, progress none the less. I am not sure that taking over existing trials is progress unless there is a future cash influx.

Trials started by IMMU : PhI hpam4 - 1/5/12 , PhI/II Milatuzumab - 4/23/12, PhI labetuzumab - 5/22/12.

Trials taken over by IMMU: PhI TF2 - 3/21/12 from Garden State, PhI/II Veltuzumab and Milatuzumab - 5/12/12 from NCI.

Trial status of PhI/II hpam4 to change after results are published in second half of 2012 to completed.

Trial status of PhI TF2 in colorectal cancer changed to completed 3/16/12.

Trials started by others: PhII Epratuzumab Japan SLE UCB - 2/13/12

Trial status to change in second half of 2012 : UCB PhIII Epratuzumab Embody 1 & 2 SLE full enrollment, Takeda PhII Velvet RA to active enrollment.

Others here want to see more progress. It has been to long since a deal any deal has been negotiated other than the renegotiation of and existing deal. Why start up new trials unless you know that there will exist the necessary funds to do so? And if those future funds exist why have they not been reported ? End of rant.

What is your take on the status change note on hpam4 later in the year?

Thanks, Doright - nice update ... My major concern by analogy is that a really good basketball team as measured by players (products) does not always do as well in the tournament depending on the coaching Management, BOD). I think IMMU has a some really good players (products) ... but ...

And why would UCB be in any hurry to announce assistant coach X since that will trigger a $30 million signing bonus? Seems to me they would want to wait as long as possible ...

Dearest Do:

Thanks so much for the great distillation of things. As for your rhetorical question (" Why start up new trials unless you know that there will exist the necessary funds to do so? And if those future funds exist why have they not been reported ? End of rant."), on prior occasions we might have been naive enough to believe that there must be a plan in place, but we've been sufficiently chastened by history to know better now.

PS: Never end a good rant too early. It's pretty much all that an IMMU shareholder has for solace.

Maybe if they were getting 10 times that much?

But I really didn't expect it to be after May before getting done, but I should have, even if it hasn't anything to do with IMMU.

We are hoping that the new assistant coach is eager to start working on new plays (with the products). At least, that is the hope.

And kudos once again to doright!
