Anyone care to guess what will happen if SL is somehow right about the florida project? Craftmar has the same freaking business address as Fireline - is there any chance they are a sub on this, and were working the process AS fireline when the zoning meeting took place? I cringe to think what will happen to the pps if SL is right and HSOA announces the details of the project. I know the square footage stuff doesn't line up exactly, but anything could have happened since that zoning meeting in 2006.

I called Investor Relations and a guy named Matt called me back. He spoke about the Florida job. He said that SL had the wrong site. The construction area that SL claims to be the site is not even close to the space HSOA needs to develop it.

KB - I thought the ARH deal was pretty slick. Loan the guys startup funds, to be repaid with interest, and you get the exclusive rights to perform services for the homes they sell - that is just good business in my book. Obviously the market disagreed, and knocked the stock in half last year.

I can also see how if there is serious mis-trust of management, that there could be some fears of accounting shenanigans in a deal like that.
