As almost all, if not all, of the pv-10 trial patients had already been treated unsuccessfully with chemo, radiation and/or surgery, their pv-10 60% objective response, 75% stable disease response and 44 month long term survival (for the phase I patients), compares quite well with the prior failed treatments on the same patients.

I wonder how much better PV-10 treated patients would do if their immune systems were not wrecked by their prior chemo/radiation? The numbers boomertree2 quoted may be on the low side
if PV -10 was administered first?
I have never heard that chemo and/or radiation strengthened the immune system.

The size of the trades was very small...more suggestive of a lot of retail buyers/traders IMO.

Compared to the last couple of weeks, yes, the trades were significantly smaller. However, going back just a month or so ago and 340k would be viewed as quite signficant. So, doubt that this was primarily retail and doesn't seem to fit with the day trader's MO either. If these were DTs, there should have been a sharp pullback at the close. In short, I have no idea what's going on with this recent move upward, but I ain't complaining right now either.

I would suggest that trades of 5000 and 10000 are not insignificant in this stock. A big trader is not going to buy 50000 or 100000 all at once.... but who knows... be happy.... tremendous couple of weeks here.

True, I suppose. On another med trial years ago, I read online posts by those in the trials posting about side effects ie. drop in blood pressure that caused them to know they were in experimental, not placebo, group. They started getting good results, providing unintentional hints to investors, rather than other patients, as they intended.

I don't think PV-10 would be in that category but I guess there are other sources of leaked intelligence.
