I agree....nothing wrong with 'honest' promotion......but still not my style...I rarely rec any stock to people I know, let alone penny stocks...I may tell a few who I know are interested, but I simply never just send out E's to my whole address book telling them to buy or sell anything.....Risky biz imo...If said stock doesnt perform, you have just alienated everybody you know.....

Like I said...I may tell the people I know that I know would be interested, but I will not tell people that have not asked me to......If said stock goes up, you may get a little thank you..if said stock goes down, you'll have everybody you know rather upset.....So, I'll happily tell those that I know are interested, but that is as far as I go.....I am not in the promoting biz....

You make some good points...maybe that's not such a good idea.

Giving stock tips to those you know and ask for them and knowing that they will do proper DD before acting is one thing....but sending stock tips to family, friends associates and etc, that do not ask for them could get ugly.....Many of these people will "trust you" and simply run out and buy without doing their own proper DD.....IF the stock falls....the person buying and not doing proper DD is responsible, but as we all know they will blame you..which could make for a very lonely life......

All in my opinion anyway...I know others who do not mind giving out stock tips and they do so....To each his own, I always say.....

Has LBWR filed its 10K for 2007? How about the 10Q for 2008?

I guess they aren't going to be trading on the OTCBB as soon as everyone thinks?

regards

Sands

As we've said over and over and you just ignore, the filings are not required until the company is actually trading on the BB. Then they have to be filed at the end of that quarter when the company started trading on the BB. We already have the numbers for 2007 released in a PR.
