On May 28th, 2008 Northamerican Energy Group Inc. filed a lawsuit in the 506th District of Waller County, Texas (Cause No. 09-05-19819) to recover the principal and interest due Northamerican Energy under the defaulted note and that fact was not properly disclosed in Item 1. Part II Legal Proceedings of the 10-Q just filed.

Northamerican Energy has, and did not, seize the collateral as stated in the 10-Q by Labwire and that stock certificate is being held by a mutually agreeable 3rd Party pending disposition of Northamerican's lawsuite against Labwire to recover the principal and past due interest.

I'm sorry - All dates in my posting should be 2009 - i.e. the litigation was filed on May 27th, 2009, not 2008.

At first I thought this is one very sad joke....However it is neither sad nor funny and is certainly not a joke.........I will not call the CEO a liar or a scam artist, but I will say I do not think he has any business being the CEO of LBWR. He has had more then enough time to stop making these childish mistakes, yet he still makes them....This is not a 1 or 2 time occurence...it is a repeated theme that should not be overlooked or dismissed as a simple mistake that wont happen again....Respect is earned. Has our CEO earned our respect? Does he deserve our respect? Not until he starts acting like a CEO and stops these ridiculously inexcusable miscues......

Sidney Reilly... Have they up listed to the OTCBB yet?

RE:"Message #1041 from Sidney Reilly at 7/8/2008 12:31:25 PM

You'll see. Shortly the filings will come and then what will you find to gripe about?"

I never had anything to gripe about? How about you now?

survivor... I can thank my lucky starts enough that I never had a position in LBWR so I never had to take any losses! Hey how about that new law suit to try and collect the money due them from Labwire?

RE:"I would take my losses and sell if I were you......No reason to hold a stock you do not like and are down heavily on so go ahead and sell and move on to something you like better...

If I were you ..... However I am not a stock adviser, but for argument sakes I would take those freebies and cash in those chips before there is nothing to cash in!

After all pink trading is nothing more than gambling! So take the money and run for them hills!

warm regards

the short man!

LOL...are you an investement advisor? I'll be the first to say that LBWR has been a disappointement...but hell, I have a profit on it even if my freebies end up as toilet paper....I may sell, I may not, but I do make my own decisions, but thanks for the advice anyway.....What about the lawsuit?Has it been settled? What is the big surprise? My guess is Ginder and Dexter will get it settled outside of court, but seeing a lawsuit filed against a pink sheet because they owe some money is nothing new...I am far more upset that we had to hear about it the way we did, then the actual lawsuit itself..lawsuits in pinky land is pretty normal...hell, LBWR has done better then most as most pinkies have several lawsuits happening all of the time.....This is the only one I know of concerning LBWR......whatever happens happens....you cant make money if you dont have any cards in the game....luckily my LBWR cards payed off with a nice profit, so I really have no right to complain as others may not be as lucky.....One question for ya....You say here that you are glad you never had any position in LBWR, right? May I ask why you are so interested in bashing so many stocks that you have no position in? What is the point? Why not spend time being more productive or at least having fun if you are so wealthy that you do not need to work? Or do you consider your postings as work?...Peace and have a great rest of the weekend and happy trading, assuming you do actually trade a stock every now and then.....

LOL..Dude..I just took a quick look at RB...dont you know better then to try to take on Rruff with a BB gun, when he has a Destroyer with long range cruise missles? He sure makes you look foolish....and why Rruff? The guy is probably one of the smartest people I know....he is not and has never been a pumper....he is one of the most unbiased posters I have ever seen...no fluff from Rruff, just the facts, good or bad....He has even been pretty crtical of LBWR of late...It also appears that he is saying 1 thing and you then attempt to say he said something different......I have never seen anybody win an argument with rruff and for good reason......I do not think that will change and I think he makes most people look like fools who try to argue with him...it is a simple equation...Honesty, unbiased opinions, common sense and brain cells will win out over dishonesty and biased people who lack common sense and brain cells, everytime....so why do you even bother knowing this equation?....Personally, I think he is making you look foolish, but that is just my opinion....Post away....it at least makes for good entertainment <lol>.....

creede ... do you really believe that?

RE:Imvho, we will uplist and bring down at least 8MM this year, and 20MM or more next. That should make this a totally different animal.

RB is typically a waste of electrons. However, I've run across a poster named SizenUp on RB LBWR board. He's really kicking the posterior of a disinformation multiple aliasss. One can just picture the disinformation agent, with jaw open, steam coming from his ears, at the thought that someone has dared to challenge him with objective discourse, and even though this disinformation agent is confined to a rarely read corner of the internet ethos.

Here are a few gems:

neuteredcat, Gosh, why don't you send USIS one of your ultra long winded critical messages. Guess their Comprehensive Corporate Due Diligence department needs your help. ROTFLMAO

Be sure and let me know what they say. USIS's deal with Labwire proves the sum total of all your negative messages re. Labwire are a tempest in a tea pot.

So long,
SizenUp

misinformationcat, Yep U.S. Investigative Services with $ 750 million in revenues and over 7,000 employees - that's the one in today's Labwire press release.

USIS is a huge supplier of Comprehensive Corporate Due Diligence Investigation. Hmm...Do you reckon USIS forgot to check Labwire out before signing up ?

misquotecat, Referring to the profits that will be made in '08 isn't the same as a reference to the past. (Have you been getting enough sleep ?)

Again you slide a statement to one side and substitute a perverted version to attack - more subterfuge, smoke and mirrors.
. . . .

Yeh...yeh...yeh...and if you were to hire a roofing contractor to work on your home and it was found that he broke a law I guess you'd be guilty of something too.
Of course not. And Labwire isn't either.

SizenUp

PS...you type and paste a lot. Too bad all of it looks like smoke and mirrors to the most casual reader.

warm regards
