The Labwire management team is made up of experienced personnel along with two senior client service directors. The core management team managed the sale of over $110 million in drug testing, backgrounds, and related services before forming Labwire, Inc. and taking advantage of their experience and expertise, including their in depth knowledge of the required Department of Transportation (“DOT”) testing regulations (49 CFR, Part 40). As a result of these efforts, Labwire: (1) enables clients to effectively manage drug testing programs over the Internet; (2) provides clients with secure and centralized, collection and analysis of highly confidential data produced by drug testing; and (3) allows for Web-enabled access to individual test results and other detailed compliance reports. These revenues account for approximately 60% of Labwire’s revenues. Through the implementation of Labwire’s technology, the Company anticipates evolving from a traditional TPA service provider to a leading substance abuse program application service provider (“ASP”).

Hopefully so. The days are passing right by. Imo, it's very important they get all those filings out by the Aug 15th deadline.

The way I understand things that's only the deadline if Labwire starts trading on the BB this quarter. They now have two weeks left to do that and then we're in Q3. Are they going to uplist to the BB in the next two weeks?

Really not sure timeframes here. All I know for sure is that if Labwire is now fully reporting, then I would expect to see at least the Q2 numbers on or before Aug 15th. Of course, I also believe that they are in the middle of an uplisting, and that in order to complete the uplisting, all filings are going to have to be made current. I do not know this for sure, but it does seem to make sense to me. Perhaps I'll call the OTCBB one day if I have the time and find out 100%.

At the end of the day, all this is really technical stuff we are talking about. Most none of us have real hands on knowledge of how the whole process works, or even how difficult the task is. All we can do is speculate, which does not amount to a whole lot, imo.

I believe we will cross the bridge into the land of the OTCBB. How long is the bridge is anyone's guess. In my mind it doesn't really matter how long it takes, just as long as it happens, since the OTC-BB is not a stopping place for me - it's just another milestone.

We don't need to be on the BB for the pps to go up. What we do need is help from the company. Labwire has a good story and future. The company needs to promote that. What happened to the PR guy?

Sid,

I believe the proper way for the company to help and "promote" Labwire is to take us through the OTC-BB in order to greatly increase transparency, and in order to open doors that are at this time shut.

Another big thing is that they have to get rid of the unsolicited status of the stock, and they have to do it without "paying to play" or "paying to list".

Imvho, moving to the OTC-BB is a very tough thing to do, but it must be done. I think we have done all we can do on the pinks, and it's time to leave the nest.
