Any ideas on when news is coming?
Would be a good time for Jim to let us know something.

Pro-

Looks like either people are giving up on the company or Jim is selling shares. Hard to tell until we get news. This one is really hurting my portfolio. :(

RPL:

So who bought the 63M shares? And if the last few transactions hadn't occurred, the close would have been at the same price as yesterday's close. What does that tell me?

I holding for a while longer. Just my personal opinion.

Bob: Got your PM. I cannot reply via PM (not a paying member anymore... intentionally so). Agree that the letter could be a significant contributor. Thanks for the info.

René: Got your PM. I understand your feelings completely. Hopefully they will take the actions that confirm our decisions one way or the other soon.

Ed: Got your PM. I'll tell you in the same way I told someone on another board tonight. Everytime I make any comment I am blogged elsewere and my words are spun into pumping PLNI.

I would recommend you look at the "T" Trades, specifically the high volume trades at the Ask. Also note the large block trades between the Bid and Ask in the last few minutes of trading. Note the trades that actually drop the PPS and the sizes involved. Also whether those trades are followed by wash sale trades of the same or similar volume.

Generically a Sell Off occurs when there are a large number of sellers and few to no buyers. The Ask drops dramatically in such situations. It doesn't oscillate between two points spread by .0002--- it DROPS until either there are buyers or volume dries up completely. As little as six minutes before the close PLNI's PPS was .0022.... yesterdays closing price. Draw your own conclusions as to whether this was a Sell Off.

Taxgun

I was speaking of Jim Turek. Hoping to get news on the audited numbers and anything new that may be coming down the pipeline.
