He claimed verbally to a reporter, undocumented in any way to have had a 3.7 avg. I call BS. I want to see the SAT/ACT scores too. A 3.7 average transcripts gets released immediately. I bet the real numbers are a 2.1 to 2.4. I'm sure of it.

Wrong Kenneth.
"The same people who swift boated Kerry are now whining about the Obama campaign."
At least one of those people who swift boated Kerry is deceased and buried
with military honors as the good Admiral that he was. RIP.

You will never know how that swift boating was done.

Just know that as one American goes------another joins the fight for freedom

Now there are new people who stand against Obama.

Obama is getting freebies that Romney doesn't get for his shakedowns too. Air Force 1 at his disposal to raise money. That should be illegal or the President should have to pay for all it's costs out his campaign money. That's what Romney has to do. He doesn't have Air Force One. How is that a fair election?

The reality is Obamas campaign is on life support at this point. I've seen this in so many election cycles where the liberal democrats flood the media with all kinds of BS about how close the race is then when the election happens its either a landslide or they lose. The Dems screamed Carter was going to win and how close it was up until the last minute. Yeah right. Kerry is 5 points ahead. Uh huh.

steve, When did the Clinton stock market bubble crash end and the Bush recovery begin?

What recovery? You need to look at the July 13,2012 Value Line Supplementary Report Charts. From January 1, 2008 the Industrial Production dropped off the chart before bottoming out the middle of 2009. Non-agricultural Employment also bottomed out the first of 2010, and the Non-manufacturing Index began dropping the middle of 2007 and bottomed out the last of 2008. The ISM Manufacturing Index (seasonally Adjusted also bottomed out the last of 2008.

It appears that the Federal Reserved recognized this potential recession the middle of 2007 by beginning to reduce the Federal Funds Rate. The Fed Rate bottomed out according to the Chart the first of 2009.

The interesting aspect in looking at the Chart is there was a great recovery through the middle of 2010. The only interventions during those times was Paulsen, Bernake, Bush and Geither bailing out the Banks, Tarp and then OBama with the stimulus and bailing out the automobile companies. However, I almost forgot we had another stimulus going on - the Iraq and Afgan wars which Bush got us engaged in.

Maybe, some of you so called economist can give me some other rationale of the recession and the upturns in the above areas. Remember, OBama did not assume his first day of office until January 20, 2009. Then, in 2010 the Republicans (TEA Party) took over the House.

Since the middle of 2010 it appears the gridlock between the parties has cause the economy to stagnant.

The Most Anti-Business President Ever

Jul 17, 2012

  • If I didn't know better, I might conclude that President Obama is trying to validate my book. His personal attacks on Mitt Romney have been so harsh that Romney called them "beneath the dignity of the presidency."Not only did I devote several chapters to documenting Obama's practice of bullying and attacking his political opponents but my final chapter, uncannily, details Obama's "War on the Dignity of His Office."

Having presided over 41 straight months of unemployment above 8 percent and possessing no arrows in his economic quiver besides deficit spending and raising taxes, it's not surprising Obama continues to resort to these gutter tactics.

What finally drew Romney's ire was Obama's accusing Romney of committing a felony and then Obama's refusing to apologize. This is simply Chicago Thug Politics 101. President Obama's favorite whipping boy, President George W. Bush, would have never stooped to this level. Even in the face of brutal, scurrilous attacks, Bush refused to diminish the dignity of the office.

In recent days, Obama also provided supplemental material for my chapter detailing his "War on Business" by revealing, yet again, his attitude toward the private sector, entrepreneurship and business. He told a crowd in Roanoke, Va., "If you've got a business -- you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen."

His apologists will say his remarks were taken out of context, but I'm afraid that's not the case. Though no one can deny Obama's assertion that all successful people have benefited from others -- teachers and other mentors -- the thrust of his remarks was directed at crediting government with having an indispensible role in the success of businesses.

Watch the video. He referred wistfully to the Clinton years as a period of unbridled economic growth -- and he attributed that growth to tax increases on the "wealthy." He said that during those years, "we created a lot of millionaires." We? Created? In other words, government created a lot of millionaires; it wasn't their ingenuity, and it certainly wasn't their "hard work" -- a point he made emphatically clear. The government's infrastructure, its roads and bridges, said Obama, created the climate for businesses to thrive. Oh, boy.
