They Finally got his ASS. However, in the BOP Prison Locator site Stockett is an unknown individual.

It is now June. Has he not already been sentenced?


Where is the illusive thief. Has he already cut a deal with the US Attorneys office and provided substantial assistance, to save his pretty BUTT.

Sure smells bad.

his sentencing has been delayed once again, apparently. He's being held in a facility in Las Vegas, probably the county jail or some such, unless there's a Federal lockup in the area, pending sentencing.

His defense, paid by us taxpayers as he had 2 public defenders, was that he was victimized by others, presumably the Inter Oil Gulf guys. It obviously didn't was with the jury as they nailed him.

He's not going anywhere for quite a while, I believe, and he has a restitution order facing him as well. Fat chance anyone will get anything from him as he spent huge sums on pleasing his pecker, among other vices.

When I get the info on the sentencing I'll post it - have a call in to the Federal Prosecutor's office on that but no response so far.

one of the characters in the Stockett saga is an older man by the name of Gene Isaacs. He made his presence known on the RB thread. At first he was a friend of Stockett's, then turned against him once he figured out the truth.

Now he has been burned again, this time in a case that also involves a sitting judge in Las Vegas. Here's the skinny:

sentencing reset for mid-September.

He thinks he can get out for time served which, thus far, is about 1.5 years. Stockett described his year in the Costa Rican jail as hellish. Somehow I can't see anyone developing any sympathy for him on that score.
