My wife's family been in farming for 100 years.. some of them can't even make much of it and they own all the stuff out right.

Not sure what a 'tractor' costs but I'd say its a chitload... :)

Quarters of land from my home town in sask 150k and tractors 200 to 300k need a combine 250k need lots of other equipement to boot and then you can start lol

I come from a major farming center in Sask very few kids taking over the farms there as there parents sell it out

nobody can afford to go farming

Acton not too far off.. shorting will be profitable.. if we are indeed seeing 2008 redux.. beyond that... hold on to your pile and get some cash flow some other way :O)
