I doubt McMahon "tore up" BYU because of their honor code violation. Recall they lost their starting point guard last year right before the tournament because he admitted to having premarital sex, which is forbidden, as is alcohol and drugs, even coffee and tea. My guess is, though, that he violated each one the moment he left campus.
