i chart something quite similar to this, and notice how the bulls (overbought) have been kept very quiet since last october... and now we are deeply back in the bear (oversold) territory... as chief says, no-one is believing the rallies anymore... so maybe the lows really are in for the time being. will see soon enough. What rally we haven't had a counter trend rally in almost 2 weeks next is 200 DSMA then 1202 for the 38.2 % retrace off the 07 high 09 low.. 2010 highs . Very much looks like it is heading there unless of course ..snort!!

i'm referring to the move from last october lows... this might very well be an exhale phase... how low? maybe the low is in maybe not... sentiment suggests low might be in, or will be soon. bwdik

Thanks, I am still not on a decent buy signal yet, but am very neutral as of yesterday (some indicators long, some short). now i am testing the long side for the next few days, but with very tight stops!! if we go lower, i will try again at 200sma. but i am out of shorts for the next few days, at least...bwdik
