ASTM, up 28%. Don't really know why - don't follow it even tho I have it in my contest portfolio.
Reading the YMB, it appears there are a lot of shorts, some quite angry

Acadia (ACAD) 19%, again on no news. There was a Seeking Alpha article yesterday, saying ACAD might be the next ARIA, but that was out before the close.

It posted better-than-expected quarterly results.
The 4thQ earnings were $12.4M or $0.21/shr.
It also expects its year earnings to be around $0.72 to $0.78 vs. analyst's expectations of $0.43 <g>

ECYT opened with an UG and is up 47% on volume almost 8x its ADV. <g>

It reported yesterday quarterly losses that were not as bad as had been expected and it said that its EC145 and EC20 were granted orphan drug status in the EU.<g>

NuPathe is on the warpathe today, currently up 25% as type on substantial volume (for this stock). They have a nifty sumitriptan patch device that controls drug exposure over 4 hrs without the huge peak upon injection that has been reported to cause 'serotonin syndrome' in some migraineurs. They will resubmit their NDA for this patch in 1H 2012.

That was likely a statutory requirement.

Still leaves pricing unsettled.

Yesterday PATH was up ~17.8%. It should pause today. Earnings (or lack thereof) will be next Tuesday.
