Me too, although I wish I hadn't sold 75% of my position (dating back to early National Gold days) for fear of what ejidos might do and what struggle might occur over water rights.

Next winner up in Mexico, besides CKG? Maybe AMM? I'm still in that waiting-on-a-correction mode.

ALAMOS GOLD INC. ANNOUNCES $24 MILLION OFFERING OF COMMON SHARES

Alamos Gold Inc. has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets under which the underwriters have agreed to purchase from Alamos and sell to the public eight million common shares of Alamos at a price of $3 per common share for gross proceeds of $24-million. In addition, Alamos has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional two million common shares on the same terms and conditions, exercisable up to 48 hours prior to closing.

A preliminary short-form prospectus will be filed with securities regulatory authorities in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec by Oct. 18, 2004. The offering is expected to close on or about Nov. 2, 2004.

Net proceeds of the offering will be used to assist in financing the development of the Mulatos project in Sonora, Mexico. Any additional net proceeds will be used for exploration, working capital and general corporate purposes.

The offering is being made in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec by means of a short-form prospectus, and is subject to the approval of securities regulatory authorities

Feel free to come over, i still owe you for National ... we were just thinking of you on another thread, wondering what you're up to ... six years now since we were buying fifteen cent ngt.v [i recall one fill at thirteen], a lot has happened since, agi.to above seven bucks for one thing ... i think a carefully chosen basket of precious and base metals juniors is still the place to ride out whatever is ahead, and will be for a while ... got one eye on the deflation arguments, can't see them winning out ultimately though, fwiw ... cheers
