Through its agreements, Williams Sterling, Inc. and HiEnergy Technologies will jointly introduce and implement HiEnergy Technologies' groundbreaking Atometer(TM) explosive detectors, including the SIEGMA(TM), CarBomb Finder(TM) and STARRAY(TM) systems and future homeland security solutions to select federal agencies and designated senior level officials, effectuating the mandated 3% set-aside business opportunities which fall under the directive from the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget of December 12, 2004 (Executive Order 13360) for small business concerns owned and controlled by Service-Disabled Veterans.
