Ted, I think that press release made it pretty clear that even after they won the FBI contract, their projections remain as previously stated: "The projected revenues for this year are approximately $4.5 million, with the new projected earnings to be $.16-$.21 per share by the end of the year."

I think that press release was an honest effort to dispel any misconceptions that the FBI contract was going to lead to further increases in their revenue beyond their previous projections.

But even so, that forecast is great for a little company like this.

CYIO

Another idiotic thing in this press release is that people have to contact Rockport for details on accessing the conference call. If you try to email Rockport off their own website, the link is bad, as I pointed out earlier. And when have you ever seen a PR announcing a conference call where they don't have a dial-in number in the release?

Maybe when Cyios grows up they can get themselves a COMPETENT investor relations company.

CYIO Talked to Rockport and was told full yaer projections was 8.5 Mil but the ceo did not want to include part of it yet, so that may be it.

We may have just watched a collision between a well-meaning but not very market-savvy CEO, and a not-so-well-meaning or competent but very market-savvy IR firm. If the borderline illiterate guy is correct that LFCM and GNLR are both selling for Rockport, that also raises the possibility of manipulation as someone else (maybe TedM?) pointed out earlier today.

Basically as I see it the 2009 revenues are 4.5M plus revenues from the 175M FBI contract (8.5M ? FBI does not permit CYIOS to PR it) ...taking the 2009 EPS to .16 to .21
Either you believe it or pass on it ...But it looks like Cyios is worth more than .10/share to me.

IMX - .10 - had an interesting trading day, looks like a seller was cleared out and it bounced off a low. Looks like there was a trade as high as .24. Big volume.

I believe you may be correct again on all counts. One thing that still doesn't seem correct, as I've been saying all along, is the "general contractor/subcontractor" analogy that the IR firm guy came up with, because that would suggest that tens of millions in revenues would pass through Cyios on its way to the purported subcontractors. I can't quite find the words to express my disdain for Rockport.

Bottom line, CYIO at .10-.11 is cheap again if ANY of what they're saying is true.
