Market Pulse: CNE Group announces merger deal with Arrow Resources

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Wireless products developer CNE Group, Inc. said Tuesday it has reached a deal to merge operations with New York-based Arrow Resources Development Ltd., subject to stockholder approval. The stockholders of CNE Group Inc. will receive 4% of the public company, while stockholders of Arrow will receive the remaining 96%, the company said. The merger agreement replaces an earlier announcement by CNE's board of directors that they had approved a spin-off to its stockholders of Arrow Resources, a recently formed subsidiary. Arrow, a Bermuda registered company, is launching commercial development of timber resources and a eucalyptus plantation operation in Papua, New Guinea.

SMID>..rad...all 3 sectors they are involved in with their product lines...security, construction and highway barriers etc are all strong right now and should remain so for some time...evidenced by their backlog doubling in last filing from $5m to $10m....

PHPG...IMO we are going to see more releases ref contracts etc...this one was a beaut...little reaction so far....but reading it thru this is a growing situation ref anti missle warning systems....and the threat is always out there....

(OTC Bulletin Board: PHPG - News) announced today that its INRAD business unit has doubled its production capacity for a proprietary ultra-violet (UV) waveband optical filter elements under contract to Northrop Grumman's Defensive Systems Division based in Rolling Meadows, IL, and has recently received additional orders for over 800 units. These production contracts are for the Northrop Grumman AN/AAR-54(V) Missile Warning System and the AN/AAQ-24(V) Nemesis DIRCM Self-Protection Suite. The dollar value of the contract was not disclosed.
The subject ultra-violet filters are specialty optical components made from high purity and high uniformity single-crystals of a proprietary material. This synthetic crystal material was developed by Northrop Grumman and is produced for them under license by INRAD. These filters are an optical component of Northrop Grumman's airborne electro-optical missile warning sensors.

SATC- Some type of sell program is sitting on this issue imo. Can't get up off the ground, even after lots of decent news releases over the last 30 days. Incessant bashing on Yahoo board.
