Sly, Eric P. milked the hell out of NAVR every time he put out some "positive" news on NAVR and the big "too little too late" NETR IPO.... He and his buddy Cheney were the first in line to sell on what they knew would cause a temporary spike....just before Anthony and his group shorted it.... every time!!... Sure, he made big bucks while most of us waited for the big "IPO" kill!!

**OT** Sly; 14-15 will work fine with me! The summer doldrums should get us there. I'm also going to spend the warmer months picking up some cheap VC stocks. The IPO market should be ready get back in the game again by the 4th quarter.

Zurdo; I'm definitely not selling any LOW this
year, but I have no reason to have hard feelings
about NAVR. I've made good money trading NAVR
over the last couple of years. (Also, all my
trading stocks are in a SEP IRA account so I
don't have to pay those pesky capital gains
taxes.) When NETR was finally launched,though, I
was out of town attending my mothers funeral and
didn't get near a computer til the stock ran up
and back down. I re-entered at the perfect time
but wasn't around to get out when I needed. This
buyback has stagnated the price for the time
being, so it's time to buy a few shares and hold
them for a while.

Zurdo, good to see you posting again. Yep, ep is buying again, navr, and selling netr. So hope you buy some more (navr)before next qu. earnings.Hopefully will msft on board will have green for several quarters. Pain behind hopefully along with tax write-off's so whatever is made will be pure profit. But I understand a loss is a bad taste in mouth.lt

Hi guys.

My largest local competitor had three stores, a good business but was morally suspect, selling used stuff as new and things like that. So I bought him out. Now I have a ton of business, employees, employee taxes, insurance, etc... but I have no time.

I'm looking for another NETR, an IPO that excites the soul, that bands strangers into lifelong friendships. An IPO that can finally break me so I can go back to my long lost adolescent paper route and evenings flipping burgers for a paycheck. Of course, if I do find that mystical IPO Fishwife will beat the hell outta me. And rightfully so!

MINNEAPOLIS, Jun 4, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Navarre Corporation (Nasdaq:NAVR) today announced that the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota has "Dismissed with Prejudice" the class action suit filed against the Company and its directors.
