Yet another ridiculous point from our analytically challenged crew.
A business goes to its bank and borrows all it can -- a million dollars against a million dollars in collateral. It promptly squanders the million on a big company bash. A week later it appears at the bank demanding another million.
You think the bank should just keep writing checks?
At some point, if you keep borrowing, you exceed the limits of your wherewithal to repay the debt. The Republicans, for whatever reason, realize we're beyond our limit. The Democrats, for whatever reason, want to keep on spending like there is no tomorrow.
This is soooo complicated, right? |
