Technology Stocks | Nokia (NOK)
Today's ruling follows another Nokia lost against IPCom last year in the U.K. High Court. In that case, Nokia was found to have infringed a patent related to the prioritization or emergency and security services. That same patent was the focus of today's ruling.
As a “make good” to their customers, Nokia, for a limited time, will credit customers with a $100 on their next AT&T bill. The phone retails for $99 and with this offer, it’s basically free. However, if you buy from Amazon Wireless, you actually make $50 back as it goes for $49 at Amazon with new or an upgraded contract.
From: Pete Mason4/20/2012 12:18:12 PM of 7245 I think NOK is worth taking a small gamble on here, but I've mitigated my risk by buying calls rather than stock.... the July 4 calls are 0.24 ask at the moment, I don't mind risking twenty-four cents on the chance something will goose the stock between now and end of July...FWIW-- Pete
