It's sad to see the level of denial these guys suffer, and their hatred of Intel.

Notice how none of them ever post anything about AMD?

They're just here to bash Intel.

Stop yer sniveling. Only denial we suffer is yours. No one hates Intel, just their marketing tactics for a reasonably short period of time and a few other tricky moves.

No one is bashing Intel. Its just your see no evil mentality. You can't handle the truth. Particularly now, since you have invested years trying not to see what has become obvious to most, even many supporters of Intel.

A review of your posts shows otherwise. You are obsessed, just like FPG. Both of you rarely if ever post anything about AMD independent of it's victim hood status at the hands of evil Intel. Only bashing and taunting.

How about posting something positive about AMD. It's time to give up your victim mentality. Rory has. AMD actually has a CEO who seems to put shareholders above the Jihad against Intel. Why don't you join him instead of living in the past? I'm the only one here who says anything good about him.

FPG does seem to be obsessed. With the truth. He has done more digging and answering than most would or could. If he didn't respect you he would not have taken the time.

Yes, I agree. He's obsessed with what his mind fills in from the limited datapoints extracted by a flawed process. What both of you fail to realize is that extrapolating or interpolating based on datapoints works fairly well when you are dealing with physical laws. Unfortunately it breaks down when dealing with political systems with their inherent biases as to what data to record and what to exclude. Who can record it and who can present it. Who can question it and who can't. Imagine if science worked the way the legal system has? Einstein's theories could not be presented by Einstein, or defended by Einstein. Criticism is not open to debate where Einstein could lead his side of the debate. Only the committee is allowed to present each side and they present it to themselves. Of course, Einstein could offer notes, which the committee could consider if they wish, or discard as they wish. They have the final say as to how the universe works and everyone else be damned.

Where would we be today?

Well, Galileo suffered from a sort of legal problem with god. Fortunately we are not dealing with that much gravity, unless god is on your side. Unfortunately, Intel has become some kind of a mystical entity, which must be defended from its detractors.

I don't know if they pay you to do this, if so, what ever the price they are getting a bargain.

edit: thats a compliment

Unfortunately, to you, Intel has become some kind of a mystical entity, which must be demonized by its detractors.

BTW, bringing up Galileo was a good point. That was going to be my next topic.

Galileo capitulated to the demands of the Church, because the cost of fighting it was too high. Intel certainly didn't capitulate to the extent Galileo did but there's still some similarity. Like you, FPG, the JFTC, the KFTC, the US FTC and the EUC, the Church wasn't interested in the truth, only perpetuating their view or the world, and their power. A toothless, symbolic victory was enough to satisfy them. The NYAG?, well lets just say a slinking away in disgrace was the best option for them, so they jumped at the chance.

Unfortunately for you guys, unlike Galileo, Intel isn't subject to house arrest.

Yeah, Intel will go down in history right beside Galileo, edit, between Galileo and Elmostatle. Time for me to make like the NYAG and slink away.

Don't worry, you'll ALWAYS be the "quotemaster."

(OTOH your application of the "spastic questionmark" seems a little overdone.)
