As CNLG becomes a legitimate Fiber Optical Connector player its valuation should skyrocket. Most Fiber Optical connector companies are trading in the 100s, 200s and even 300s.

If CNLG opens Monday under $6.00, I'm going in for 5000 more! This one will be HUGE! Don't have to convince me!

DanielleC--I just examined threads you've visited. Are those threads informed and aware of the trading potential for Conolog?

hi guys....i'm having a bit of a dilemma here.

i keep seeing the ceo say "Our goal is to accelerate the Company's fiscal year 2000 turn-around and increase the revenues projected in our press release of January 31, 2000.".....yet i can't seem to locate this news release anywhere.

has anyone read this and if so is it still available?

thanks,

Conolog indeed is a bit of a mystery, what with its former military connections. And the lack of posters on the stock discussion threads, the lack of historical public relations, etc. almost makes me think the company the company just got free from being under the employ of the CIA or government black ops.

Anyway, I've read through the annual report and from that reading I note it is in fact a viable entity and has been producing products and services for a long, long time.

It appears the company has suffered tremendously due to the downsizing of military contracts. During Regan years Conolog seemed a healthy corporation. And, of course, the 90s have seen the focus on the Internet and companies like Conolog simply have not been high growth investments.

However, it seems via its business relationships with the utility companies and companies like General Electric, it has evolved its digital signal processing technologies, and as industries have evolved into fiberoptics a change opportunity has presented itself to Conolog. The company now seems poised to seek out new business and obviously is putting together a credible public relations front.

Investors know about DSP and fiberoptics. I'm very, very anxious to learn more on how exactly CNLG will show us the beef with its efforts to become a player in these hot sectors.

Given its history, CNLG has no shortage of industrial connections. The question is: Can it make something of itself from them?

As a criticism, I think one of its first acts has to be getting its website contemporary. Perhaps this will be a subject for one of the next press releases we'll see.

``Conolog is poised to experience tremendous growth in fiscal 2000' stated National Financial
Network President Geoffrey Eiten. ``The Company is expanding its relationships with
synergistic partners throughout its industry and expanding its reach through the continued
introduction of new divisions, and innovative products and services. We expect the Company to
experience solid upswing in this quarter and beyond.'

ounds good. DSP - fiber optic - tremendous growth.

PT....i don't know, overall it looks like a last ditch effort by the company to go out with a bang.

three of the four top management are in their 60's while the fourth is the son(?) of the ceo. there's been no news releases until feb 2000 and then they put out 1 a day. and the missing news release benou mentions in every news release is nowhere to be found...not on the sec or the nasdaq site.

looks like a dog and pony show to pump up the share value to sell what little insiders have left...and to unwind the warrants.

i wonder what relationship warren schreiber has to CNLG?

have you found anything else out?
