Thank you Fran, I am getting better each day on these high powered antibiotics. Still have five more days to finish this prescription. Feel better about driving so taking hubby to eat hot dogs tonight for a change in diet. On Sundays they are only 99 cents so always the cheapest meal we can eat and we both love them. James Coney Island is not to far from our Home. He is so easy to please, ask him what he would like for dinner he replies anything you want to eat is fine with me.

Baby Naomi is home and they are having a ball with her. Madison, age four, is being very helpful with taking care of her and says she if very happy having a little sister. Thinking I will be well enough to drive out to their home sometime this next week, an hour away, to get our first chance to welcome her in to our family. I hated the fact I did get to go see her born. It just wasn't meant to be. If we don't get there they are bringing her to the city for her first checkup so will bring her here, before they return home, so we can see her.

Hubby says he is planning to play golf this weekend and I hope he gets to. He refers to me as his golf widow on weekends. Don't mind that as I get to do what I want when he isn't home. My computer is my
window to the World to watch what all is going on all over the Planet and he hates computers.

Funny thing happened when I went t bed last night. Found Mr. Libby spread eagled on my side of the bed. Even though he has been neutered seems he is still so proud of his equipment and shows it frequently. He certainly is a huge cat now and still wants to be the alpha of all our cats. Lovey Dovey and Pitty Poo continue to ignore him but the only one he jumps on is Lovey and she comes running to me when that happens knowing she will safe. Pitty Poo goes by him shaking his tail as if to say, "Come on buddy I will show you not to fool with me cause I was here first.

My youngest daughter came back from out of town, and just called, so they are going to eat with us and drive us there. Our kids are being so supportive and we are enjoying all their attention in helping getting us through this hard time with our health. Almost time for them to get here so time to say, "Good evening to all and wishes you all have a good evening". Ready for those hot dogs.

I found out what was meant by your post and agree with Smooth...........that had to be hard for you. I've never been a rider, so didn't know about the tradition, but I do now.

Be at peace!

drive below speed limit, or you too may be in trouble like this too...

"............. minivan flew off the Bronx River Parkway around 12:30 p.m Sunday 4/29.............New York Police Department highway accident investigators estimated the van was traveling approximately 70 miles per hour or more when it hit the median. The 45-year-old woman was driving the van, and all the passengers were wearing seat belts."

ESPECIALLY drive below limit when kids are in your car!!!!

Yesterday was my 28th anniversary.

Motorcyclists remember a missing passenger by riding with the passenger pegs down, rather than folded up.

Doing ok here, though I've had a headache all day. That's unusual for me. Not sure where it came from or why.

I very rarely get headaches, but when I do it is usually because I am either stressed or worried....which could be the same thing. I have also gotten headaches this time of yr from pollen (hayfever), and speaking of pollen...............we can't park our car outside without it getting full of yellow pollen from the fir trees. It is everywhere right now.

Going to fast the road, for the traffic conditions, for the weather, for the vehicle your driving, or compared to the other cars on the road, can be dangerous. Breaking the speed limit can involve any or even all of those, but it can also involve none of those things. Speed limits lower than they have to be aren't unusual. Breaking the speed limit isn't automatically dangerous, at least not if you don't include the danger of getting a ticket (and often not even that if your only breaking it to a modest extent).

I suspect it was allergies. The trees and shrubs are in full bloom at the moment. First couple years I lived here my allergies were so bad I often missed work. Now it's mostly watery eyes. I never had issues with allergies until I moved to Arlington, Virginia.
