It's a great idea IF they apply that idea to all the government depts. Use 'em or absotively dump them. Of caution is in order. 100% compliance would require a completely new government. Deal or No Deal?

I'm almost 65 and aches and pains from your age are the ones I'd trade my current ones for. Those I could live with by having them rubbed out with creams and taking Tylenol. Now it's all weird Rx stuff and I can't reach the sore spots to rub them out.

There was a Senator from Illinois who framed it correctly 20 or 30 years ago I forget his name): A few billion here and a few billion there, and pretty soon you're talking real money!

That was the gravely voiced statesman Everett Dirksen. He was from and is buried in Pekin, Illinois, the marigold capital of the world.

<<I'm knocking on the front door of 50 right now. I got aches and pains I didn't have 20 years ago.>>

When you hit 50 watchout, drs and dentists see being 50 as a major sign of this and that disease. You have no symptoms but you're 50 and have insurance so you must have it.

The thing that incenses me is voting. In Nevada, there is no requirement to show an ID. Only tell your name. I don't know how many illegals get to vote and acquire a voter registration card which in some circumstances suffices as ID for other things. Election coming up - remember Term Limits.

Not really. I'm just cheap. It is more expensive than, say Budweiser.

No, but when I had to have my knee replaced I refused to believe it was arthritis even though that is what the doctor said. It must be eating one joint at a time.

We've had much more sun than usual for the last couple of years...not that I'm complaining...it's bright and cheery...
