I made my one yearly call to the company today.....

and talked to Mr. Arlen Plender as recommended. I found him to be very professional and considerate. He observed the SEC guidelines, and so will I to the best of my ability. Hence, I only concerned myself with published items from the record.

The company is proceeding with the business plan as has been discussed. Things are being managed to focus on directing this initial production of the pallets within the budget and funding as outlined. The initial shipments as described will begin this month with prototype machines (top/bottom) construction. Meeting the full 4000 number may well not be acheived, but my understanding from his comments is that pallets from this November issue will be in potential customer hands for inspection and evaluation.

A great deal of effort is ongoing to complete the filing requirements (note: a number of companies are doing this now as most of you know). As many of you know, its where your company of interest fell on the list as to who got evaluated when, and consequently who gets back to regular trading sooner, etc, etc. They are working on the comments phase and I would think based on my experience with another company in this phase, that we should see some light at the end fairly soon jmo.

Overseas customers still have the attention of the company.
Generally speaking, I get the impression from Mr. Plender, that the progress under the current plan will include that business within the pace of the overall business objectives but I did not press for any further comments regarding our past discussions along this line.

I look forward to the public announcements that should come detailing the factual results of the proto-type units post shipment/inspection. There should not be any projections until these assessments are announced. However, generally I feel the company is on track within its prior statements of record based on this conversation. And further, still knowing the risks involved here- as in all startup investments, I like my chances in paeb for 2000.

Personally, I'm holding firm and may accumulate more shares if opportunity presents a chance to do so. Read up, call Mr. Plender yourself, do your DD as they say. I told him I only call once a year or so- but I may call after the first of the year. There may well be much more he can talk about at that time, and will be able to talk about.

good luck to all.

Thank you don, it is always reassuring to get a report from one of the more respected stockholders ... did you get any idea of which potential customers are going to get the first pallettes ..

I need to go up there and reaffirm (maybe just affirm) that we are going to still get some of the pallettes for testing ...

Thanks again,

Hogger

Well people......

anything is possible on the pinks. Do not place a market order on the pinks. If anyone isn't clear on that, just ask.

Until we are back to the BB, I consider trading in paeb to be very treacherous. And, given what we now know, including some notion of timing- well, it will just make things that more treacherous, imo.

Regarding client names, specific numbers, exact timing, etc.- I didn't ask and Mr. Plender didn't offer. Under the SEC rules, and considering that this co has to do all the things any other co is having to do at this time in the small cap marketplace, it is just not fair to dwell in that zone.

My main goal was just to clarify what has been published in prior reports to see if things as stated for this point in time have occurred or not. I reported that stuff only.

Not being a consummate stock trader, just a modest investor, I can't fathom all the ramifications of paeb stock itself. I am going to have to rely on others opinions. But, if you ask me my opinion on whether this outfit is for real, and is it about to start shipping a really great product which should be very well accepted by companies needing to ship their products safely, reliably and at lower cost- I can do that. I think that lies just ahead- and within a reasonable period I think that will be obvious to others besides us.

If you like the opportunities in the small cap market folks, I can't understand why you wouldn't want to feel good about being positioned in paeb. Why else are we here? Well, I would like to get one or two of them- I have some uses for them myself as a matter of fact. And, the price is affordable I might add. That's enough cheerleading- maybe we ought to review the negatives- someone want to take care of that? I'm just not up to it. It feels really good not to be invested in "e-something" that I have no idea how it works and can't ever touch or feel or understand. Pallets, plastic ones- well, its a pleasure to be invested in something down to earth for a change.

MM's opened things up today with 100 sh trade .....

at 0.15...... be glad when we get back to real live trading so we can really see where we are heading.

The trend from the one month chart looks nice and steady though. Who ever would have known that paeb would look.....

Hi Don,

I've read your posts here and on RB. Since PAEB has been on the pinks, it's run up from the mid teen to around .25 twice on heavy volume and then back down again on low volume.

I'm having trouble keeping the story straight regarding the shipment of pallets and the effort to get off the pink sheets.

Can you fill me in or direct me to some current info ?

Thanks,
Chris
