It goes pink, it goes up.

The 10Q looks dismal - it GOES UP!

Hats off to Michael John. He was always kind to the shareholder by keeping them informed. I guess there are those that really believe in this company. I am starting to believe. I made a lot of money in the spring. I could have walked away with a big gain. Instead, I re-invested profits and cash to take a larger postion.

They have nothing to hide - and nothing to fear IMO - I like what I am seeing here. This company, and the people involved are doing something good for all involved. IMO

PATIENCE will reward!

Sean

Know what you mean Sean.....

we are close to production..... that's how I read it. The rumor that we might have a machine deal is just that, a rumor- but after following things for all these months you got to believe the co is close to shipping their first products. Pace just doesn't seem to be an outfit to sit on their assets.

Anybody been able to get into the co website? Lost all my bookmarks a while back- tried ppp.com etc, and got other stuff?

That's the ticket!

(how could I have forgot?) only "News" is highlighted- when the "services" and "products" items go live, we're headed for pay dirt.

thanks, Dallas

Hi guys,
After lurking on this thread for about a year I finally checked out the website and the info about the most recent 'filing'. I was surprised at first but then I remember something being mentioned about this quite awhile ago
As of September 17, 1999, (i) there were 176,981,046 shares of common
stock issued and outstanding, and (ii) there were 4,968,890 shares of original
series preferred stock issued and outstanding.

When PalWeb was originally organized, a total of five hundred thousand
(500,000) shares of common voting stock were issued to eight hundred (800)
shareholders.

Now I know that there has to be a way of getting money (or paying bills) but to have 176,000,000 shares out there is UNBELIEVABLE. I thought the concept was terrific but obviously they have paid a high price for taking this long to become commercially viable (if they are yet!!!!!!!!!!)
If someone could set me right on why I should invest in this company with this many shares already out there, please do so!

You will have to go waaay back to explain share amounts.
500,000 was the original CABEC .
At the time of merger with Palweb ( then PPP) there were aprox. 40,000,000 shares owned by and to remain in the hands of CABEC shareholders and 100,000,000 shares of ppp ( created at the merger , to remain in the hands of PPP owners ). Later , as per the plan, Union Group ( the former CABEC) spun off as a dividend to shareholders. ( we have yet to recieve certificates, but they do show up on my stock holdings).
This creates an actual increase in shares outstanding , from 140,000,000 to 176,000,000.
Please forgive me if I got the numbers mixed up or not exactly correct, since they're from memory , and it was waaaay back. Maybe someone else will do the research and correct me. You could also read back on this thread, I'm sure the info has been posted, more than once, because it was confusing to everyone at the time. Go back about 1 or 2 years.

Yes, I remember something about that and forgot about it (how could I). With that many shares out, this stock is going nowhere. There has to be super phenomenal revenues for the stock to increase (with that many shares you have to have 1.7 million bucks in EARNINGS to get $.01 of EARNINGs per share. How much revenue do you need to get 1.7 million buck in Earnings?? 1 cent of earnings X let's say 30 P/E gives us .30 share price (which is only 3 times the share price now!).
Correct me if I'm out of my league here!!Anyone, comments please!
