hi Chris & other survivors;

i ve noticed that FULCF is no longer carried by Zacks (from which Yahoo derives its "Research" link;) also, Fulcrum homepage shows 2 US analysts following the stk, but i thought there were 3 in Zacks. The question is: does anyone know who has dropped coverage of FULCF on the States side?

i m planning to add position in FULCF - probably after the FOMC mtg, unless the fear of the mtg can drive the price down a bit - since it seems to level off.

since the bundling deal with IFMX in Europe won't be happening until May, maybe the coming qtr won't be blowing people's doors off. Hope p/s will be lowered after that

regards

Bosco

Hey Bosco

I am one of the survivors, actually I picked it up on the way down. I think there is a pretty good possibility of a positive earnings surprise. They wrote off much of their development costs last quarter and they signed Nabisco and Schwab deals this quarter. I don't know how well other sales are going or how much revenue was gained from the two larger deals, but it seems generally positive.

Cheers

in price...
Any thoughts?

hi Tony & all;

on NASDAQ, FULCF has tried to rally yesterday when someone(s) bought a huge block(s) (by looking at the intraday chart) in the early afternoon, but then the bond mkt tanked when the long bond jumped to 7.09. Then everything went south.

while i think FULCF is locked in the narrow range for awhile, we should be careful that the general mkt tone can be especially severe to recovering small stks like FULCF (i still want to add position in FULCF, but i m more than fully invested now.)

regards

Bosco

Hi Bosco, Telescan MacroWorld price forecast

still holding on, I don't have the answers to your earlier post to me but thought this Telescan technical estimate may be of interest. Current as of today, these estimates sometimes change daily. Not always reliable. For what its worth:

5-week Alert:
"B" rating for an Increase (possible Long position).
StopLoss at $4.13 (review any Short positions).

- watch future reports for signal reversal -
** $ 127K avg.daily volume too low for institutions.
------------------------------------------------------------
Forecast Summary:
There is a 85% chance of being Higher in 5 weeks.
Most likely 5/02/97 level is $6.11, a 37.6%

Hey Chris,

The telescan info is interesting? Are those American dollars? What are your feelings on where fulcf is going? We seemed to have a little momentum before we got side swiped by the feds last week.

Cheers
frank

To all,
On wed Mar 26 I sold Cosff & Docsf so I could buy more gold stocks.
Fulcf is the only software Co. I kept. I am still optimistic with Fulcf because they have taken their major write offs & they still have the most robust search engine. Keep the faith.

Regards,James

hi all;

after a period of disappearance, RESEARCH of YAHOO, which essentially mimicks Zacks estimate, has returned to FULCF. Unfortunately, used to be 1 Strong BUY and 2 BUYs rating has been changed to 2 BUYs and 1 MODERATE SELL. This is probably the reason why FULCF is retesting the 52 weeks low as we speak.

Does anyone know who has the MODERATE SELL rating out on FULCF, which may be linked to the poor performance of IFMX and the cause to its loss in the last tw days

TIA

Bosco

When's the next quarterly report ? Will it be a small
gain or a loss ? What's the analyst forecast ? How's
VERITY doing these days ? Does its stock also take a
beating like FUL as well ? Since most of the write-off
took place last quarter, I hope that the worst is behind
us.

hi Kiet and all;

i don't know the exact day, but it seems to be early May; if there is bad news, probably there may be a late Apr preliminary results like last time. These days software stks perform even worse than networking stks, so we should keep the eye on the ball.

currently, Zacks shows 2 Moderate Buy and 1 Moderate Sell (down from 1 Strong Buy and 2 Buy when the stk attempted to go back to 5+ (U.S.) territories.) NA for consensus this qtr but still 37 cents for the year.

since FULCF website does provide analyst names and locations tracking its stks, maybe some of us can try to contact them (in Canada and in the U.S.) and share the findings.

regards

Bosco
