BOB - the history of stock "exposes" have continually turned out to be not what they appeared at first.

adding like no tomorrow:

IBIZ analogy - it's time!
IBIZ Technology Corp ( IBIZ, OTCBB ), a precocious and avantgarde technology company manufacturing and selling PDA/ Handheld Accessories, recently announced they have just expanded their markets to South America and Europe, AND beaten down lately from a $500,000 8% CD, appears to have satisfied
the share requirements of said CD. With an Outstanding Share count of 38MM shares back in June,
2001, IBIZ now has over 64 Million shares OS. The price per share dropped from 16 cents to 2 cents
during the CD selling, and now that it is complete, I expects a run up to at least half that drop in the very
short term.

26.5 MM shares sold on the CD process between 16 cents and 2 cents would have expired the entire
$500,000, plus any interest and warrant selling that have have accompanied it.

The Transfer Agent was recently contacted and reported that as of 6/15/01 the OS were 38,017,966. As of
7/18/01, the OS were 64,379,970. AS OF 7/23/01 it had the same OS count, 64,379,970 shares.
Considering approximately 10 million shares traded hands between 7/18 and 7/23, and the OS DID NOT
INCREASE, I agree with the poster, IrishBull, THE CD IS COMPLETE !!

Take a look at how the last CD dropped the price from 16 cents to 2 cents, starting around the middle of
June, 2001 :

around June 13, 2001.

Do your own DD, but CD plays are very hot in this market. Recently the stock, LMRI, increased from 4
cents to 9 cents in two days upon the completion of their CD. WWWN went up 75 % the day their CD
was satisfied. NRES gained 30%, and CLRT ran from 4 cents to 73 cents.

Good luck, and all this is just my opinion. A few are of the belief that there are still a couple of million
shares left to go before the CD is complete. I don't think so. We are at the bottom or just touching it. The
MMs may be shaking it to pick up a few shares before the explosion, just as they did with WWWN.
Presently priced at $.0175 with volume at 3 MM shares as of 12:47 p.m. EST, 7/24/2001

The Sleuth originally warned The Napeague Letter's readers
about ARXA International Energy (OTCBB:ARXA) back at the
end of May 1997. This company is still around, but now
under the name King Resources (OTCBB:KING). And it is
once again being promoted heavily, even though it may be
now out of business. Your last sentence Read It yourself . Feel like I am dealing with a third grader.

I did not say that "they are out of Business"

No, you didn't say it, but you did suggest it:

This fiscal quarter ends early next week, so there is some risk that they may already have gone out of business.

You also left out the comments that followed in the same filing.

Under-capitalization continues to be the most serious problem facing the
Company.

To correct this problem the Company has acquired the rights to several high
potential oil and gas development prospects which would provide the
justification for the Company's planned additional Public Offering which will
now proceed as rapidly as possible. It is the intent of the Company to apply for
membership on the American Exchange simultaneously with the offering.

The Company believes that a listing on a major stock exchange in preference to
the Bulletin Board will open opportunities for acquisitions with stock and cash.
The Company is confident that, with the offering completed, it will qualify for
the AMEX.

Let's see if they are successful.
