I heard that WOMN would be added the STNSHBP index. Then all those funds will HAVE to buy it.

Stocks That Never Should Have Been Public.

Can somebody tell me why Morgan Stanley, Alex Brown, and Smith Barney thought this was a viable company? I am serious about that.

WOMN had backing from the Hearst Corporation and came out in the dot.com mania.

Apparently they've got revenues, still no earnings however.

They got profiled on 60 Minutes a few months ago which generated some interest.

My feeling is they may one day be able to sell themselves to one of the major women's magazines or someone who just HAS to have the best domain name on the web as it concerns women's issues.

One of my client's wive's saw the 60 minutes thing and wanted in. I tried to talk her out of it, but to no avail. So here we sit, watching her money swirl down a rat hole.

Aloha to All, Mike

hey, it takes a village to take public a POS company without a viable business plan....on the other hand, the karma was so....balanced, how could it fail?
