You're not alone. I imagine we'll get some real good news out of the cable show so I imagine the stock will really tank then.

If you were management, and someone was about to award you with 1.5 million free shares, on which you may likely have to pay taxes, which way would YOU like to see the stock move right now? lol. You know these guys are praying for a significant dip.

Unless you're looking to sell in the next year or so, what's the difference.

You know how ACTV NEVER provides revenue estimates? And people try to defend that so as not to be in any way critical of management? Well, just to show that public revenue estimates are alive and well, here's a nice example from today's press release from Private Media Group (PRVT), which is the spotlight of an upcoming Forbes article:

"The feature article goes on to describe Private's 34-year catalog of adult entertainment as "the MGM archive of hard sex" and quotes Mr. Milton's aim "to exploit that archive digitally by charging Private's Internet customers a flat annual fee of $100 for access, plus $20 a month for a wide assortment of videos." Mr. Milton was further quoted as saying, "I can't see any problem in getting 2 million to 3 million people to pay $100 a year that's without all the extra spinoffs."

Bam! We have a benchmark! Why can't Samuels say something as simple as that?

If that's the case, why buy? Why not wait for a washout in the stock, down to maybe $10-11 or even $8/share to its breakout point. This stock could crash if your theory is right.

Anyone know if MSFT is a competitive threat. I 've asked that question 3 times in the last 24 hours on this thread - no response. Does anyone know or does anyone not want to answer knowing the potential huge problem IATV may have if MSFT is a real threat as a competitor. Just seeking info folks, that's all.

Your words, not mine. As I stated here, I think that latest compensation plan is completely anti-shareholder/pro-management. I dumped everything at $16 9/32. It will take a while for the damage of that plan to work its way through the stock.

I meant specifically to the software IATV has patents on. You know - the "push" and "pull" patents. Can MSFT get around this? Thanks.
