I looked at the Yahoo numbers for elec.ob, and they are all over the map! Some of the statements have identical numbers for periods ending in Nov of last year and Mar of this year. EBITDA shows as -$1.4 million, but no per share earnings show on the key statistics page. Revenues show up as $6.8m on one page and $14m+ on the statements.
Income this latest reporting (May) quarter was about the same as the previous quarter ($56k), except for a $800k "other income" boost.
Here's a small CLEC, largely dependent on UNE-P, and burning cash *before* UNE-P rates go up on them.
And just in case you're in an argumentative mood, from its own SEC filing, ELEC said
"The report of the independent auditors on our 2003 financial statementsindicates there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a goingconcern"
Sorry, but the whole thing stinks.
