I guess this is just another dumb brokerage firm Huh? I'd like to think the company is giving these firms more info than we have. Our day will come!

Also beware of brand new members of Silicon Investor who are investment bankers and who after three weeks have only posted about a single stock on multiple threads and also spams Yahoo boards about it.

ELEC WEBSITE WORKS.

Now it does. Earlier it wasn't working.

The site's press releases are all from sep 2002 to Jan 2003, with most crammed into a 2 month period. Nothing in almost two years.

The jpeg of a woman on the 'my customers' page is the exact same shot I've seen recently from other ads. Looks as if it was ripped off someone else's advertising.

I'm sorry, but this has the feel of a one-person operation...even if dozens work there. I can't imagine what sustainable competitive advantage a company like this might have.

Finally, you're not a regular poster here, and this isn't the place to push penny stocks. The whole thing stinks.

IMO

CALYPSO is hyping!

Calypso is probably angry with me for the post on TRLG recommending to sell. What he doesn't want posters to know:

On September 7, 2004 Tonga Finance and Trading AG and Romofin AG exercised an aggregate of 900,000 share purchase warrants that they had previously purchased from our company in a private placement of units on January 15, 2004. The exercise price was $1.11 per warrant share for total proceeds of $1,000,000. The underlying warrant shares were previously registered on our Registration Statement on Form SB-2 which was declared effective by the SEC on May 13, 2004.

He now accuses me of "spamming" boards when I am directing my post at specific companies. I have also started a new board. I have to start coverage one stock at a time, so maybe he could wait a while and see how my recommendations hold up. I have one challenge to COLLAPSO...prove my numbers aren't right!

SEC.gov and ELEC releases.

How you can make such damaging remarks is beyond me. Prove my numbers wrong! And the most recent release was yesterday. Maybe you should do your DD and see that they have profitable operations.

Here are the most recent press releases by ELEC on Yahoo.
finance.yahoo.com

PS--ELEC has two other domain names registered that still come up under search engines. You might have gone to the wrong one. myelec.com  has been up and running for a while.

rouge,

I looked at the Yahoo numbers for elec.ob, and they are all over the map! Some of the statements have identical numbers for periods ending in Nov of last year and Mar of this year. EBITDA shows as -$1.4 million, but no per share earnings show on the key statistics page. Revenues show up as $6.8m on one page and $14m+ on the statements.

Income this latest reporting (May) quarter was about the same as the previous quarter ($56k), except for a $800k "other income" boost.

Here's a small CLEC, largely dependent on UNE-P, and burning cash *before* UNE-P rates go up on them.

And just in case you're in an argumentative mood, from its own SEC filing, ELEC said

"The report of the independent auditors on our 2003 financial statementsindicates there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a goingconcern"

Sorry, but the whole thing stinks.

Andre
