Not to worry, there are plenty of honorable and ethical
Americans left in and out of government. The President's
morass is just getting more visibility right now. The
tide will turn and an ethical leader will appear. We always
pull ourselves up by the boot straps and land on our feet.

It's one tradition we won't lose as a country. The system
does work..it is just REAL SLOOOOOWWWWW at times :-) cheers.

Now that, Mr. Martenson, I can agree with 100%!

Carefull now...if we all start to agree, all those
talk shows will lose millions of advertising dollars
and the country will start looking like Leave to Beaver
and the Bill Cosby show, and we might even start seeing
life in color rather than black and white.

Get a grip here, let's not lose our partisanship. We are
treading on very dangerous ground :-)

In the first place, I'm not married, so your insult is rather meaningless. Of course, it's none of your business whether I'm married or not, but you are so morally superior to everyone else that details about people's private lives ARE your business -- or so you seem to believe.

>>I pity the folks on this thread who have been misguided into believing that:

A. This conduct is ok and normal<<

Why do you people continue to repeat that those opposed to impeachment think that what Clinton did was "okay"? Haven't I stated repeatedly that such is not the case? Where are you getting this idea from? You're sure not getting it from anyone posting here -- in fact, several of us have posted numerous times reiterating YET AGAIN that we do not endorse perjury, infidelity, etc etc etc and yet you self-righteous conservative idiots continue to say "Gee, you all think it's okay".

Is it possible that you could manage for five minutes to think for yourself and stop spewing out what you've been fed by your conservative leaders, and actually READ what others have posted? Or are you going to continue to make a complete jackass out of yourself by posting blatant untruths?

Rose, sick of the idiocy

Thank you Rose.. back to rancor. I can now go to lunch
knowing all is well and nothing has changed. Cheers.

Apologies come too late. I rarely apologize for anything I say because unlike most people, I THINK before I post something. That's why there's a "preview" button.

As for my age -- you seemed to be insinuating that because I'm under thirty I don't understand the value of an oath. And if you were indeed insinuating that, then you were insulting my morality.

Let me tell you something, old man. I have lived my life by far stricter moral and ethical guidelines than someone like you could ever comprehend. You want to apologize now for stating a puerile wish that I would someday have a husband cheat on me? Don't bother -- the fact that you had the thought at all shows exactly how your twisted, bitter and hate-filled mind works.

The only thing I wish for you is that you never discover just how petty and meaningless your life and beliefs have been.

Rose

Hey, Steve -- if Clinton's greatest supporter is Hustler magazine, then how do you explain the fact that Larry Flynt offered Kenneth Starr a job?

Rose, still snickering over that one (Starr should've taken the job...he'll wish he had in a few years, when he's jobless and ostracized)

A well written snake bite. Just remember, with age comes wisdom. You will understand this better in 15-20 years.

Well, since you're so old and wise, no doubt you'll be familiar with the following saying:

"There's no fool like an old fool."

:)
