Does this $10 system on a chip include licensing fees for any patent infringements that might have taken place during the design. Also I guess you'll have to include all those lawyer fees for patent searches to make sure you haven't infringed. And then there's those awful lawsuits that come up after your in production.

At what point do you say to yourself "I should have just bought that proven chip in that cluster design, and we would have already been making a profit!"

hifn chip $19.70 in 10k quantity. techweb.com

anybody think cisco or lucent will try to develop their own encrypted chip thus leaving hifn in a bind?

what is the possibility of that?

A little cynicism?

I had a rather lengthy response, but pared it to the obvious.

thankfully, you don't make these decisions day to day.

License fees for the company are included if you use the CPU core.

50 cents okay with you? Absolutely okay with a little company with no alternative. ALternative leads to some $100 design cost usually.

If you don't know what an IRE(g) chip is, you should not be in HIFN. hint, It is the chip in the Csco routers.

How pharisaic! Have you figured out a way to connect a electroencephalogram to the screen to judge cerebral mass or did your apparently enlarged synapse give way to simple assumption.

By chance you're not catching on. What I would like, is for you to state your case in layman's terms. The inability on your part to perform this usually means you're just a copy and paste junkie trying to promote an inflated resume in hopes qualifying some nonassociative propaganda and capitalize on induced fear.

There is another possibility. You could be an honest hardworking IT professional that's spent one to many overnights programing and the beauty of this technological prolepsis has blinded you from it's economical feasibility.

Finally you might just not understand there could be more profit in 50 cents than in 20 dollars.

I covered today at $30. If it gets over $33, I'll short again.
