A look at the truth
I think the followers of FG should know a few facts. He essentially was a consultant and his stock dealings might cause you to gasp. I’m not in a position to release much more information. He constantly emailed posts to me from various boards and attempted to direct my responses. Let me simply say what you can see by his postings and boastings on different stocks. He pumps up stocks, and attempts to direct the CEO’s to run the show his way.
If you cross him he threatens to sell his shares. You can believe that his sales would be first, and then he will lead the followers back the other way. If he takes the stock price down and believes in the company, what would you then do? I’m not privy to his stock personal dealings, but I’m quite familiar with him.
I was included in an inside play on a stock, was hyped to no end about the money I would make. I was told I would get the symbol and would have a jump on buying. By the time I was informed the stock had gone way up. His call was, it’s going to go higher. It crashed in days and I lost about $18,000.
I will place my bet with the SEC on all this crap he is throwing out. The tricks as he calls them, just negative bashing. You must decide what his goals are; my opinion is formed.
The payment of my loan with stock is quite legal. I have the legal opinion from the attorney’s. I have decided to pay the portion with cash and keep my shares. Not because I’m worried about problems over it, because I think it is the right thing to do.
I want to clear up another misconception. I was paid a million shares of stock for the patent rights I owned. If you think my motive was strictly greed, think again. This transaction obligates me to stay here and continue to develop the products. I will have to pay income tax on $700,000 over the next three years.
The rumor mill is SeaView paid me all this for a housing design. This is far from the truth. The key utility patents pending are the valuable ones.

Yes, there are design patents granted. These protect us from someone copying our look. These have already served us well in several matters.
You either have or will form your opinion of me from what you know or hear, it is impossible for me to defend myself in most instances. I only ask that you be objective.
Here is another rumor; I was forced to resign by pressure or the SEC. Not the case at all! I resigned for the benefit of everyone. I was trying to handle everything. We are very lucky that some talented people stepped up to the plate. They get zero or little money. They believe in the product and my devotion to it.
I’m talking about the new management who has turned this company around. If I’m to be the bad guy and responsible for the whole market to be down dramatically, then so be it. If you need someone to blame for your portfolio drop, kick me.
It will not stop me from achieving my goals for the products and the company. The bashers have a job to do. If I saved a persons life today, they would say I did it for the attention and if a reward might be offered.
A final thought, if you think you are better than the rest of us. If you think you have it all figured out and in your limited experience you could have handled all this so well? Get out of the stock market. You are destined to lose. I have a huge advantage in that I know the truth and the SEC does or will arrive at a conclusion of right or wrong.
