I also am long term (pre reverse) But I have 99 shares showing in my acct, that were supposed to be preferred, and trading by 3-1-2000 and still no ticker assigned to them. Anyone know what became of these, or why they arent trading?

Thank you again for your response. I will wait for the financials. I hope they are good. I received a response from FARRIS and I though I would post it here. Well I thought I could cut and paste it but I guess not. I do not think I attacked anyone and if I did I apologize here publicly. I just want something that will back up those latest press releases.

"Our first quarter 10Q and the 1999 10K are going to be filed in the next week or two...

How can the first quarter 10Q be filed in a week or two when the quarter doesn't end for another 3-4 weeks?

Yeah your right, fiscal quarter is over at the end of March... when you loose track of what month it is.... its getting close to vacation time (LOL)
