Stretch, I have worked with Farris on different projects for about the last year to year and 1/2. He has been a huge help to us in various ways, I guess you could say he has proven himself several times over. A mix of knowledge and skill in both the stock market and real estate, plus he is more than qualified for CVID. I dont know that I should be exposing his background yet... that will come. But if he feels the need to post it then I will defer that to him.
IPOSITE was getting bogged down and not progressing fast enough, plus it was becoming a money pit for us. We "sold" it into an internet incubator which will be IPOing this spring.
The deal hasnt closed yet... its not in jeopardy, its just a matter of getting everyone in the same room to sign the deal. Once that is done we will release the info to the public, it is to our benefit and to the purchaser so its a win win deal.
