How does one format the ticker symbol to get quotes on preferred stocks when using the Datek Streaming? Thanks.

Using a "/" doesn't work for me. I tried many different formats like ccc-b, cccprb, ccc_b, ccc_pb. All didn't work.

What symbol do you enter into DATEK Streamer to get the quote?
I was incorrect about the / usage. Thats for Warrents and Classes (Class A, Class B). The correct format for Preferred is
XYZ Company Preferred
XYZ-
XYZ Company Preferred B
XYZ-B

TFF answered the main question. Until IB adds backfill, we have Quote.com and IQFeed configured to support the main IB Globex symbol format. For stocks, you can use any backfill of course.
