JB3: Well, if you study Henry and his tactics, then put those tactics into your own personal grubbing arsenal, you'll be far along the path of being nominated for "Master Grubber". He is clever, devious, and historically accurate. A good combination.

How about 1913 the Income Tax Amendment passed and the Federal Reserve Act is also passed. I think that tops the Titanic.

Worst loss of life in a railroad disaster in UK. Train carrying a battalion of the 7th Royal Scots involved in accident and burns. 227 killed.

1916 U.S. Supreme court (in the Brushaber Case) says the Income Tax Amendment didn't really amend the Constitution, it just clarified it by classifying an income tax as an indirect or excise tax.

Yea it's an indirect tax, that's the ticket.
