Scott, don't read too much into it, they just filed BK. Probably someone covering their short or MM's trading it around for fractions of a penny.

As for future value, someone will pick up the shell, reverse the stock and merge another company into it. The going rate now is between $250,000 and 350,000 a shell plus 10% equity to the seller. With 50 million shares out there they will reverse this deal to nothing, issue some 144 and away they go.....

This deal is done.

Does anyone think a company such as commerce one could still come in and pick up the company for peanuts?

For anyone who hasnt posted a reaction dont let this thing just die.Yeah we lost money and hopefully we all learned a lesson.Never buy a bb stock they are all fucking liars. But look at Glenn Zagoran right now. That fatass made 150k plus all his perks off of us.Now he steals the only thing pnlk had pnltv and makes money off the aid and trade show.Yeah this sounds fair.I have contacted a couple law firms today and hopefully receive some feedback after the fourth.I know its doubtful anything will happen from it but lets not let him walk easy.I also have placed a call with cmrc to find out details of what has transpired. All I know is I never quit on anything so until I get to the bottom of this I will not lie down.I wont quit until we have answers. If anyone wants to get involved please email me at gasmith@mediaone.net.

a lot more than money was lost Gary.
I'm trying not to dwell on this so much, the way I feel right now about jpc and glenn, I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire, they just stomped on the faith and trust people had in that co.
I was blinded by the bull shit.
never again!!!

Yes your right Riz.I have sent quite a few emails and telephone messages to Dave Walker and Glenn Zagoran.I will not type any of them. All I know is I will not rest until I receive the truth. We trusted these guys with are money and as far as I am concerned they stole from us.Well in the book I live by its called an eye for an eye.Thats why I will not quit on this.If I could get away with it I would beat the living daylights out of all of them but unfortunatley you would just end up in jail.So we go to the next step and at this point I am working on that.

Gary I guess you're not alone in the pursuit of the fatman
this is from Cindykay.........and a follow-up from Pseudo

I spoke with a number of investors today.....
there are a few questions.
PNLTV was suppose to share profits with PNLK, so what does that mean to us?

The CMRC PR suggested more than a client/customer relationship. There have been conversations with PNLK managment regarding the high level of interest in the transaction module. Two questions who owns the intellectual property of the supposed patent filed on Jan. 18 2001, it was never found under PNLK, what if it is filed by JPC? If the transaction module is implemented by CMRC,what does that mean?

For this reason it is suggested we keep the board open while we research these issues. Any comments are welcome.
The main concern is that this concept is not developed and profitable to PNLK management at our cost. Most investors I spoke with feel that if it is a dead issue, fine.....however PNLK management should not profit in the future from the concepts developed by our cash, ie PNLTV and the transaction module.

I'm out of here for the July 4rth parties!!
Cindy

sorry I missed you, Cindy..

I've heard that PNL 'walked away' from a chance to restart the MTL coding/agreement with C1 last week.. citing lack of $$ from vc ..Makes me wonder why they were 'window shopping' if they didn't have the ready $$)

Of course, the news yesterday took centerstage

Thanks but I don't deserve any sympathy, I should know these BBs are all BS. If these companies had any juice they would IPO and be on a real exchange.

Take care,

NM
