Leon, what is known of the insiders? Who are the sellers and who really is a believer? The $1.25 mark is usually a sign the stock is heading south. I have gone against my better judgment and stepped into the game, the deal sounds so good I had to be a share holder. My fingers are crossed but even that didn't stop more selling today.
I remember a deal much the same, announce a financing, set options then unload your paper as the buying comes in.I hope the Big Valley boys are going to prove my lack of faith wrong by making shareholders some profits!

Gekko,

Do you know where to find ASE insider trading reports? I can find them online for other exchanges, but not for Alberta. It seems BV recovered so far today from your signal point of $1.25. I hope that helps your confidence a bit, keep the faith, there is a substance here.

Cheers,

Craig

Craig, I talked to the ASE and insider reports are not available on the internet. They were able to help me and their records showed no insiders have been selling but I believe it is only a $50 fine if you do not file. ?????? It is no longer a question of keeping the faith in this market, I am a skeptic of my own shadow!!!

Gekko,

Thanks for the tip, it seems crazy to me that the reports are not available on-line, the internet is the perfect forum for that type of info.

Thanks Again,

Craig

Nothing as of yet bout the financing, but the stock keeps climbing (30% since trading resumed), and has survived some downturns, which could have potentially scared some people away. I interpret these factors to mean that investors are fairly secure about the availability of financing for BV, its just a matter of time. But, no I have not heard anything official about the financing.

Cheers,

Craig

Take a look at the price graph on BV since trading resumed, you cannot keep it down, every drop is met with strength. I think as more and more people find out about it, the peaks and valleys will smooth out and continue to climb.

Cheers,

Craig

I wonder if they are running into the same snags with their financing as most Vancouver and Alberta companies?? No takers.

From what I understand, there are takers, they are in the midst of working out the details.
