Ain't Vegas fun!! A place where individuals save to go to, take off from work, pay to travel to, pay to stay at. All that to make a voluntary deposit to the big Vegas bank with reduced withdrawls. All that in the name of fun! And we love it!!

I would like to extend many gratious thanks to Fred and Marty for their time and effort along with their additional monetary expenditures that made the gathering possible and additionally enjoyable.

Here are a couple of possible awards:

Rich (not Dixie) have the endurance award (2800 miles). He and his wife drove. That's a lot of closeness (4 days, one way, in the car). They still smiled at each other but they still have to go home after one or the both of them worship at the gambling god. Good luck!!

Mylan made it Sat just before midnight. He had been simply driving in from Calif 3-4 hours out and trying to be at the gathering Fri nite. External circumstances which included criminals driving a van through the back door of his business Fri morning which took until Sat afternoon late to fix (sort of), and an accident delay along the way of almost 3 hours where someone decided to reduce themselves and their vehicle to shoe box size. Better luck getting back!

It was great to meet all of those that went and share a few stories. I'm looking forward to the next one. That should be a real celebration!!!

Bob

Good Morning everyone. The Vegas trip was a blast. I wish I had more time to write a summary of events, but it will have to wait until tonight. I didn't get in until midnight and have a lot of catch up to do today.

There are a couple of things I'd like to say now. Everyone I met were as nice as nice could be. We have a wonderful group of investors in this company. We definitely have to do this again.

I was fortunate enough to take some of the Casinos money home with me. The Black Jack tables at the Horseshoe were good to me. ( Thanks Fred for suggesting downtown. You should have stayed on the table. Jeff and I cleaned up. )

JWC (Jeff), became quite a Black Jack player. I think he's hooked. That's all I'll say about that for now.

Thanks to Marty and Fred for putting together this awesome trip and events. Both of you guys are exactly as I pictured you to be and are true gentlemen with very lovely wives.

More to come,
Jerry................I'll 2nd GREEN for today Fred.

<<<Marty read a fax from Robert Gordon. RG wished he could be present but "opportunity" prevented him from doing so.>>>

Seems he took the "OPPORTUNITY" to add another 8 MILLION SHARES...New count at 271,556,383.
Im still betting that he will max the share count at 300 million before the reverse...Also, Are they reversing the "PREFFERED SHARES"?

To All Re: Those that can't just let it go...

Stupid people should have to wear signs that just say, "I'm Stupid".
That way you wouldn't rely on them, would you? You wouldn't ask them
anything. It would be like, "Excuse me...oops, never mind. I didn't see
your sign."
It's like before my wife and I moved. Our house was full of boxes and
there was a U-Haul truck in our driveway. My friend comes over and says
"Hey, you moving?" "Nope. We just pack our stuff up once or twice a week
to see how many boxes it takes. Here's your sign."
A couple of months ago I went fishing with a buddy of mine, we pulled
his boat into the dock, I lifted up this big 'ol stringer of bass and
this idiot on the dock goes, "Hey, y'all catch all them fish?" "Nope
-Talked 'em into giving up. Here's your sign."
I was watching one of those animal shows on the Discovery Channel. There
was a guy inventing a shark bite suit. And there's only one way to test
it. "Alright Jimmy, you got that shark suit on, it looks good... They
want you to jump into this pool of sharks, and you tell us if it hurts
when they bite you." "Well, all right, but hold my sign. I don't wanna
lose it."
Last time I had a flat tire, I pulled my truck into one of those
side-of-the-road gas stations. The attendant walks out, looks at my
truck, looks at me, and I SWEAR he said, "Tire go flat?" I couldn't
resist. I said, "Nope. I was driving around and those other three just
swelled right up on me. Here's your sign."
We were trying to sell our car about a year ago. A guy came over to the
house and drove the car around for about 45 minutes. We get back to the
house, he gets out of the car, reaches down and grabs the exhaust pipe,
then says, "Darn that's hot!" See? If he'd been wearing his sign, I
could have stopped him.
I learned to drive an 18-wheeler in my days of adventure. Wouldn't ya
know I misjudged the height of a bridge. The truck got stuck and I
couldn't get it out no matter how I tried. I radioed in for help and
eventually a local cop shows up to take the report. He went through his
basic questioning ok, no problem. I thought sure he was clear of needing
a sign...until he asked, "So is your truck stuck?" I couldn't help
myself! I looked at him, looked back at the rig and then back to him and
said "no I'm delivering' a bridge...here's your sign

LOL EOM

Oh, and of course, this is to no one in particular.

Sam, I appreciate the share update. The proxy doesn't mention the preferred stock, so I conclude the preferred is not being split. Regards, Suzanne

Wow, that's 21 million in about 6 weeks. What a great little 'company.' How can he sleep at night? I like how he graced the shareholders with a FAX while his other face turned and ordered millions more shares to be printed.
