Dear ShamukE

Could you please state the source of your information, whether heresay, verbal (authoritative), published, or as an industry insider. Please don't view this request as antagonising, but since nothing at the company's web page has changed from the publication of their strategy talk on 15 Dec, I am very interested to know what is going onbehind the scenes.

In his strategy talk, Art Rancis referred to funding of $350 000 from Ramtron, which seemed to be a foregone conclusion, that would allow them the opportunity to "incubate" a relaunch of the company's business aims.

I don't own shares in this one, but think the technology is great, and cannot imagine that there is no sponsors out there for a relaunch in a direction that is much more sensible (as he explained in his talk)

Thank you

Paul

Sorry people, but Intag International went into liquidation today in Sydney. They own some 40% of Racom, so there will be a big overhang of Racom shares on the market unless somebody takes the parcel. RichardW.

Paul: Yes, 'ouch' indeed. This is the critical part of the text of the announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange:

"LETTER FROM SIMS LOCKWOOD INTAG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)
AUSTRALIA COMPANY NUMBER: 009 270 188
I advise that I was appointed Official Liquidator of Intag
International (In Liquidation) by virtue of an order of the Supreme
Court of New South Wales on 22 March, 1999.
I understand that the company's shares have been suspended from
official quotation effective from 17 March, 1999, following failure
of the company to lodge with the Australian Stock Exchange Limited
the half yearly report for the period ended 31 December, 1998 in
accordance with listing rules."

It also appears nobody is answering the phone at Racom.
