Basildon, You are so right, unfortunately.
The lack of responsible financial reporting by MRPS gets more and more bizarre. I would like to remind everyone that the 2nd quarter is just about to end in about two weeks and still we get the old
"the financials are coming-----the financials are coming" bs.
Even those bunch of hypsters who started the paid-for-with-stock PR firm, don't address the obvious.
If I am not mistaken, around 15K shares were traded last session. That about sums up the credibility of MRPS as to financial responsibility.

SSA.Com, I'm still having a little difficulty with your position in this stock. You are now in an IR position. Before that you collectively acquired stock in the company. Even though you have made a "blanket statement" as to intending to comply with all applicable regs. etc., I believe that due to the unusual circumstances surrounding your current position that it is ethically imperative to reveal the collective (not individual) share position of SSA.Com.in this stock.

Zeus549:
I am waiting a reply from SSA regarding financial statements and, in particular, confirmation that the same were sent to S&P on April 19th, as reported by the Company.

With regard to the point you raised in your post, I too have some concerns about this matter. In particular (and these numbers are close but not precise) during the 15 days prior to SSA's announcement about its role for MRPS the average daily volume was 108,000. In the 15 days post SSA's announcement the average daily volume is 54,000. Further, in the same periods, the average number of posts to this thread were 50 per day and 20 per day respectively. One wonders.

Finally, the "high quality" PR we were promised has manifest in a couple of announcements about MRPS sponsoring a car, and "news" that is has entered a $30M market. Judging from the many posts on the subject, I thought MRPS was already in a global market and making "news" of a sub-set of the market is not, in my book, "news". This does not strike me as "quality" PR, and is no better than MRPS' previous abortive attempts to communicate with its shareholders.

regards,
Basildon Bond

Approaching 2 1/4. Not a pretty morning. SSA really needs to say something.

They don't need to say anything ... ... ... but they should kick somebody in the duff to get financials out SOONER rather than LATER.

Everyone is waiting on financials. First quarter results should have been reported sometime in April. I have been in from the beginning and am still holding, but not for long. I don't care how good of a product they have, if you are not running your business on the upside, none of the big boys will invest. Not reporting financials on a regular basis leaves the company open to this type of accusation.

Look at all this good PR and we are at 2.25 and falling. C'mon guys answer these questions about financials and live up to your name of SMARTstockadvisor. Great product but so far execution SUCKS.

mike this is not addressed to you personally:

I am sure SSA is doing their best, and MRPS knows how impt. financials are to it's shareholders. You guys have to stop MICRO-MANAGING.
When the #'s are released, we will all be very happy. Stop pressing the issue to death, everyone is aware already.

I agree with you Mogul to a point. The only thing the financials will tell us is that Microphonics is legitimate. We all know that they lost money in 1998 and they only made a small amount in the first quarter of 1999.

When we see the financials, there won't be a tickertape parade in celebration, but it will alleviate some investor's fears about investing in a non-reporting company. I sold 1/2 my holdings when the stock hit 2 3/4 just last week or the one before. Now I am glad that I did.

This company has a lot going for it and I will put that money back in when I feel that it will do me some good. 2 1/4 looks good right now, but I think we could see lower prices if MRPS doesn't come out with those papers.

If I was MRPS, I would be paying those accountants overtime to get the financials out ASAP.

<The only thing the financials will tell us is that Microphonics is legitimate.>

I would hardly classify having full reporting financials as the "only thing"... That is the main reason why this stock is in a slump.

The company I work for had over 160 billion in sales last year. We are required to have a quarter's financials wrapped up in less than two weeks from the end of a given quarter. We also have sites around the world that have to feed us their data during this two week timeframe. Unless I am missing something, Microphonics has far less numbers and locations to deal with.
