Did you call the company and talk with George, for if you had this news would be just on target...ÿFinalizing acquisitions need to be done right and that takes time...ÿ This news is very positive...ÿ You must also keep in mind this is a penny stock and defining themselves is what it is all about...ÿ I like companies who are interested in growth...ÿ Thus I have purchased EDII and they are doing just that... Im happy with what Im seeing here...ÿ

But if you cant take the heat get out of the frying pan... That's what my granddad used to tell me...ÿ We are fine IMHO...

I don't think Dallas was being pessimistic... I think he's upbeat
on EDII.. like most of us are... there are some conflicting stories..
that happens alot of PR firms... don't know why that is... but that's
my experience..

anyway all my stocks are down today except PRWT... and many that
I'm closely watching are all down today also.. this has been the
case for the last few mondays.. not sure why... but many will choose
to see today as a buying opp and not a sell signal...

more details are to follow over the next 2 weeks... probably more
news around the corner as well... there are still more questions
to be answered.. but to this point, nothing has changed in my mind..

still holding EDII after buying more at .54 and .56 this morning..
I'm not worried.. wishing the price was higher.. but hey, it'll get
there...imho... just gotta be patient.. and in the penny stock world.. patience sometimes is only a matter of a few days or weeks..
that's nothing! We'll be celebrating July 4th before you know it and who knows where EDII's stock price will be by then... I'm confident
much higher.. but I've been confident for a few weeks now that we'd
be much higher and as of yet I haven't been right... but like I said.. patience will reward.. so trust the DD or don't trust it... trust those who have presented info or don't trust them... do what is right for you... I am... my money is here.. and I'll post if that
changes.

why is everybody so down, this is great news, i'm finding more info out about the land and what type of production they currently have on it and all the goodies.

no idea why everybody is down.. other than the stock price
is down.. so what... the news is good and long term we'll
all be just fine..

I just spoke with IR and am very disturbed. First of all how can anyone be excited by today's news if we don't have two basic facts. What exactly did the company buy and what did it cost. WE don't know. All we know is that there has been more dilution to current shareholders. That is bad.
A basic question any shareholder has the right to know is how many shares are issued and outstanding. IR wouldn't tell me. So how can An investor know the value of his holdings.
There are an awful lt of optimistic posts but nothing concrete.
I'd like to believe that at least one of the businesses the company is in is a real growth story, but I don't see it. I'd like to think there is some synergy among the company's various businesses but I don't see it.
Unless the company comes out with concrete facts about itself and its divisions buying the stock is acting blind.
If anyone is in touch with management maybe they could communicate that there are skeptics who could be big buyers but they have worked too hard for their money to gamble it on hearsay.
