Go to "open orders" or to trades executed to find it.

-yes, I know that. but there is a 30 second or so "dead time" when the order is NOWHERE -if I am harried and don;t get a good look at the confirmation right after I place the order I get pretty nervous about whether or not it was accepted (ie, if I placed itcorrectly) - particularly since they don't seem to have a rejected order spot

No problems here. Fast executions. Good fills.

Of course the overall design of the website was very primitive to start with, and has not been improved in the two years I've been with them. But I've not been able to find anyone to beat them for commissions, executions, and reliability. And the site works fine with a mac, which is essential for me.

well, I suppose I mostly have the problem when I short stocks- I guess they are looking for the shares for the brief period when the order disappears. certainly when I trade something like qqq everything is about instantaneous

Brown seems to be becoming less and less customer friendly all the time.

The JP Morgan crew seems to be in firm command and they really don't seem to want active option traders.

Thanks Brendan
I used to live where my tele prefix was 882
And I was inadvertently punching those numbers instead of 822.
